Our facility is dedicated gluten free, wheat free, peanut free, and tree nut free. We’re proud that most of our ingredients are natural, non-GMO to bring you a healthier product with great taste. Gillian’s Foods is certified Gluten Free by The National Celiac Association (http://www.csaceliacs.org/) as well as SQF Certified Level 2 (www.sqfi.com).
Our staff is dedicated to bringing you quality products that taste good and are safe for those with celiac, gluten intolerance, and more. Some products may be free of additional allergens such as dairy or soy.
Gillian’s Foods is a family run company that started when Gillian was diagnosed at age 6 with celiac disease. Her father, Bob, was an executive chef at the time and was frustrated with the lack of options and poor taste for his daughter. He created items that were safe for Gillian and new there was a need for others who also had celiac. Bob started Gillian’s Foods in 1991 to provide gluten free food to all that need items that are safe and taste great.
Gillian’s Foods aims to provide items from breakfast through dinner and dessert with over 30 products currently available.
